Heritage Microfilm, Inc. and its subsidiaries, in sole discretion, may change or discontinue any or all aspects of the Agreement, Service, Content and/or Materials at any time, without notice, including, but not limited to, access to the above mentioned or ancillary agreements, services, content and/or materials.
This agreement is effective until terminated by Heritage Microfilm, Inc. Heritage Microfilm and its subsidiaries reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Should you breach the agreement, Heritage Microfilm, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries will revoke your License to access, use or suspend the Service and/or any Content or Materials available.
This agreement in whole or in part shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to any principles or conflicts of law, and the Federal Law of the United States of America. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then the provision in question shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
